HOW TO USE

Export your keyboard shortcut file from EDIUS. You should get a .EAP (for versions 4.5 and later) or a .DAT (for version 3.x) file.

Drag that file onto the EDIUS Keyboard Shortcut file interpreter.vbs icon.

TRANSLATIONS

To replace the description of a key or command, modify the appropriate file(s) below.

Commands_Xlat.txt Command descriptions

Keys_Xlat.txt Special key (Home, End, etc) descriptions

Modifiers_Xlat.txt Keystroke modifier (Alt, Control, etc) descriptions

SAVED PREFERENCES

The script now offers the ability to save your interpretation preferences (sorting, HTML or text output, etc).

To change your saved preferences, change the EDIUS Keyboard Shortcut file interpreter.vbs.ini file. To reset your preferences, delete the EDIUS Keyboard Shortcut file interpreter.vbs.ini file.
